Refund policy

Return Policy:  In the event you have received an incorrect order, Navajo Ranch will pay for the shipping back to us for an exchange.

If you have received the correct order and for any reason it isn't perfect for you, simply ship it back with 14 days of receiving for store credit. If you would like a return label, we are happy to provide one. Please email info@thenavajoranch.com. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to us. In the event you use our return label, the cost will be deducted from your store credit.

Always keep a record of the tracking number until we have confirmed it is received. 

All boxes received must be sent back. Only items that are received in new, unused condition are eligible for store credit. Any items sent back with damage are ineligible for store credit and will be returned to the customer, at their expense. 

Please allow 2-10 business days for returns/exchanges to be processed. 

Canceling Orders: Request to cancel an order must be done within one hour of purchase. To cancel an order please email info@thenavajoranch.com
